Conclusion of a significant agreement by a subsidiary of RESBUD SE.

legal basis – art. 17 MAR

The Management Board of RESBUD SE (registration code:14617750), with its registered office in Harju maakond,
Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Järvevana tee 9-40, 11314 Estonia informs, that today it received information form the
subsidiary Conpol Sp z o. o. about the conclusion by this company of an agreement with Banimex Sp. z o. o. on 19
January 2022. The subject of the concluded agreement is the implementation of reinforced concrete works for the
flyover at the construction of the DK79 road. Conpol Sp. z o. will be a subcontractor of these works for Banimex Sp.
z o. o.
The total contract value is 3,211,999 PLN which is approximately 709,530 EUROS. The agreement will be carried
out by the subsidiary of RESBUD SE until 31 October 2022. The other terms and conditions of the agreement do
not differ from the usual terms of this type of contracts.
The estimated value of concluded agreements given by the issuer in EUR was determined on the basis of the
PLN/EUR indicator, published by the European Central Bank on 18 January 2022.
