Calendar of events 2023

Legal basis: Art. 56 (1) (2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information

The Management Board of Resbud SE seated in Modlniczka (the „Company”) announces the schedule for publication of periodic reports in 2023. Periodic reports will be made public on the following dates:

– Consolidated annual report for 2022. – April 28, 2023.

– Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2023. – on May 30, 2023.

– Consolidated report for the first half of 2023. – on October 2, 2023.

– Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2023. – on November 29, 2023.

The Company’s Management Board informs that in accordance with §62 (1) and (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (the „Regulation”), the consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated semi-annual report will contain quarterly financial information and semi-annual condensed financial statements, respectively, together with the report of the auditing firm.

At the same time, the Company’s Management Board informs that in accordance with §79.2 of the Ordinance, the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2021 and the second quarter of 2022.

Tallin, 2022-01-19
Legal basis – art. 17 MAR
The Management Board of RESBUD SE, registered seat in Tallinn, informs:

• that annual report for 2021 will be disclosed on 29 April 2022,
• while half-yearly report for the first half of 2022 will be disclosed on 30 September 2022.

The dates set by the company for the submission of periodic reports are in accordance with the obligations contained in the Estonian Securities Market Act (Väärtpaberituru seadus). Periodic reports will be disclosed by the issuer after closing of the quotation, on the day in question. At the same time, the issuer indicates that, in accordance with Article 19 (11) of the MAR persons discharging managerial responsibilities from 31 March 2022 to 29 April 2022 and from 31 August 2022 to 30 September 2022 shall not conduct any transactions on its own account or for the account of a third party, directly or indirectly, relating to the shares or debt instruments of the issuer or to derivatives or other financial instruments linked to them.

The Management Board of RESBUD SE, registered seat in Tallinn, informs:

• that annual report for 2020 will be disclosed on 30 April 2021,
• while half-yearly report for the first half of 2021 will be disclosed on 30 September 2021.

Tallin, 2020-01-31
Pursuant to article 17 § 1 Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) the Management Board of RESBUD S.E. announces publicly the deadlines for submitting periodical reports.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Company declares that it has abandoned the submission of quarterly financial reports.

Reports types and deadlines:

Semi-annual report (SA-PS) for the first 6 months – 30h September 2020

Annual report (SA-RS) 2019 – 30th April 2020.
