The Management Board of RESBUD SE (registration code: 14617750) with its registered office in Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Järvevana tee 9-40, 11314 Estonia informs that the audit of the financial statements for 2020 will be completed on July 15, 2021. The information provided by the company's auditor shows that the review of the financial statements by the second auditor will take place on the date indicated above, which is necessary to complete the entire process.

Moreover, the reason for extending the deadline for submitting the audit is the need to provide documents regarding subsidiaries indicated by the auditor. Due to the fact that subsidiaries are based in different countries (including outside the European Union), the translation and transmission of these documents takes more time than originally expected.

From the information provided by the company's auditor, it appears, that the second auditor will review the annual financial statement within the above mentioned term, which is necessary to complete the entire process.

In addition, the reason for extending the term of publishing an audited report is the need to provide documents designated by the auditor concerning subsidiaries. Subsidiaries are located in different countries (including countries outside the European Union), it takes longer than originally envisaged to translate and transmit these documents.
