Polish law regulations, Company's Articles of Association i Regulations of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, on which the Company is listed, constitute the corporate governance framework of EQUNICO SE.
The Company's Management Board is strongly committed to good corporate governance practices and tries to develop effective tools for organizing the Company's corporate governance, while ensuring that the long-term interests of shareholders and the Company are convergent.
Good Practices
By Resolution No. 13/1834/2021 of March 29, 2021, the Stock Exchange Supervisory Board adopted new corporate governance rules for companies listed on the GPW Main List under the name "Good Practices of WSE Listed Companies 2021”, which entered into force on July 1, 2021.
