Changes in the composition of the Management Board of RESBUD SE

April 24 this year The Supervisory Board of RESBUD SE appointed Krzysztof Długosz as the President of the Management Board of the Company. He is an entrepreneur with many years of experience in building value and developing companies in the construction industry. At the same time, Joanna Dyja - a manager with experience in cooperation with financial institutions - joined the Company's Management Board. From April 26, 2021, the Management Board of RESBUD SE will consist of two members. Mr. Krzysztof Długosz will be responsible for the operating activities of the holding, while Ms. Joanna Dyja will be responsible for financial and organizational activities.

Changes in the Management Board of RESBUD SE are another element of the ongoing process of transformation of the Company into a modern, dynamically developing European holding. As part of the ongoing change of the business model, RESBUD SE in February this year. acquired 100% of shares in the companies Uniwersim sp. z o. o., Conpol sp. z o. o. and Energokomplekt OOO.
I believe that we will use the experience and know-how of the new companies to unleash their full potential. With the acquisition of Conpol sp. z o. o., Uniwersim sp. z o. o. and Energokomplekt OOO, RESBUD SE acquired, among others, highly specialized staff - including engineers and technicians who worked on complex and prestigious projects in Poland and abroad. We want RESBUD SE to become a significant general contractor in Central and Eastern Europe for projects in the field of construction, civil engineering and the development of energy networks through its comprehensive implementations - says Krzysztof Długosz, President of the Management Board of RESBUD SE.
Krzysztof Długosz is a manager with extensive experience and a practical approach to challenges and issues. He consolidated his knowledge and professional experience during many years of cooperation with international corporations and enterprises. He managed, among others, the company responsible for carrying out construction works on the construction of Terminal D at the Boryspil airport in Kiev. He also managed the company that was a partner in the construction of the 220V power and transmission line, "Komsomolskaya - Selikhino - Vanino".

In Poland, the companies he built participated in the prestigious project of expanding and rebuilding the passenger terminal - MPL. Jana Pawła II (Kraków - Balice), as well as in the construction of the S3 Jawor road section, the A1 Blachownia motorway junction, the S11 Szczecinek bypass, the reconstruction of the track systems of the Wrocław - Poznań section and in construction works on the Kraków Mydlniki-Kraków Główny railway section.

Joanna Dyja, a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice (faculty of industry) and the University of Economics in Krakow (School of Entrepreneurship and Management, postgraduate study - banking), has been professionally associated with the banking and financial sector since 1992. In the years 2009-2019, she was the President of the Management Board of Amathus TFI SA, a private investment fund company that manages assets with a total value of several hundred million PLN. In the years 2015-2018, co-owner of Ventus sp. z o. o., which deals with obtaining EU subsidies for energy-saving, pro-ecological or innovative projects. Previously she worked, among others, in: Xelion Financial Advisors (2006-2009, as Team Leader), Deutsche Bank PBC (2003-2006, as Manager in the Sales Management Department), Deutsche Bank 24 (2001-2003, as Regional Director and Branch Director) and Bank Cooperation Regional SA Kraków (1992-2001, including as Branch Director).

On April 22, Jarosław Gerard Podolski, who had been associated with the Company since the beginning of 2020, resigned from the position of Member of the Management Board of RESBUD SE and his task was to build the holding. After taking over the shares in Conpol sp. z o. o., Uniwersim sp. z o. o. and Energokomplekt OOO, the first stage of building the new structure of RESBUD SE was finalized, therefore the resignation of Jarosław Gerard Podolski was a natural ending of the process of transformation of the Company into a modern and dynamically developing a European holding company.
