Changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board of RESBUD SE
23 April this year The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM") of RESBUD SE appointed Mr. Adam Zaremba, with immediate effect, to the Supervisory Board of the Company for a five-year term of office. He is a valued international expert in the area of financial markets, investments, portfolio management and asset valuation in a global context. At the same time, the EGM dismissed Mr. Andrei Prakopczyk from this function.
Adam Zaremba is a habilitated doctor in economic sciences who specializes in finance. He is an associate professor at the Poznań University of Economics and a lecturer at Montpellier Business School (France). Previously, he was a professor at the University of Dubai (UAE) and participated in research trips and internships to many renowned centers, such as McMaster University (Canada), University of Pretoria (South Africa) and Monash University (Australia).
His interests include financial markets, investments and asset valuation in a global context. Adam Zaremba's scientific achievements include nearly 100 publications in renowned international scientific journals and several monographs published by renowned publishing houses, such as Palgrave Macmillan. He was awarded many times for his scientific activity.
In addition to his academic activities, he has extensive practical experience in financial markets. For several years, he served as a manager and economist in a number of national Investment Fund Companies, including: in Saturn TFI SA, Idea TFI SA or Superfund TFI SA He holds CFA, FRM, PRM and CAIA titles, as well as an Investment Advisor license.
