Krzysztof Długosz
Experience:
From April 20, 2021, the President of the Management Board of EQUNICO SE is a person with extensive experience in the development and creation of enterprise value, characterized by a practical approach to solving various challenges.
His business activity began in 1989-1995, when he initiated an ecological way of sightseeing in Krakow using electric melex vehicles. This innovative form of sightseeing is still popular today.
During his career, he co-founded engineering and construction companies that are currently part of the EQUNICO Group. Since 2013, he has been the President of Conpol sp. z o. o., and since 2014, he has been a Member of the Management Board of Uniwersim sp. z o. o.
His experience includes the implementation of projects both in the international environment, such as the construction of a 220V power line for the Ural energy company TGK-10, and on the domestic market.
Under his management, companies participated in important infrastructure projects, such as the expansion of the International Passenger Terminal in Kraków-Balice and the construction of sections of the A1 motorway, the S-3 and S-8 routes, the S61 expressway and many others. His diverse skills and knowledge are crucial to the development and success of the companies he manages, contributing to their position in the industry.

Joanna Dyja
Experience:
Joanna Dyja has been professionally associated with the banking and financial sector since 1992. In the years 2009-2019 she was the President of the Management Board of Amathus TFI SA, a private investment fund company that manages assets worth several hundred million PLN. In the years 2015-2018 she was the co-owner of Ventus Sp. z o. o., which was involved in obtaining EU grants for energy-saving, pro-ecological or innovative projects. Previously she worked, among others, at: Xelion Doradcy Finansowi (2006-2009, as Team Leader), Deutsche Bank PBC (2003-2006, as Manager in the Sales Management Department), Deutsche Bank 24 (2001-2003, as Regional Director and Branch Director) and Bank Współpracy Regionalnej SA Kraków (1992-2001, among others as Branch Director).
Education:
A graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice (Faculty of Industry, major: socio-economics), the University of Economics in Krakow (School of Entrepreneurship and Management, postgraduate studies - banking) and the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow (Real estate valuation - postgraduate studies).

Dariusz Krawczyk
A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, he completed Postgraduate Management Studies and Tax Studies (SGH) and postgraduate studies: Company Value Management (SGH).
Currently – owner of VDL Solutions Sp. z o. o. managing a consulting company implementing projects in the field of interim management, financial modeling, strategic analyses, obtaining financing, project management.
In the years 2004-2019, serving as President of companies (including Boryszew Automotive Plastics Sp. z o. o., POLNORD SA, CIECH SA, Synthos SA, Energetyka Dwory SA, PSE-Centrum Sp. z o. o.), he managed international capital groups, including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He successfully developed and implemented new company strategies, implemented group restructuring programs and company performance optimization programs.
In the years 1998-2003, as director of, among others, the Capital Investment Department of PSE SA, the Ownership Supervision Department of PKN ORLEN SA, as well as departments in the banking sector (PKO BP and Bank Handlowy SA), he successfully supervised and conducted capital investments, prepared and implemented corporate governance principles, managed share sale processes, and developed investment procedures.
He also gained experience as a member of supervisory boards of numerous public and non-public companies, including: Kaucuk Kralupy as, Rafineria Trzebinia SA, Rafineria Glimar SA, II National Investment Fund SA, Huta Buczek SA, Warsaw Commodity Exchange SA, Warta Vita SA, Petrolot Sp. z oo, Petrogaz Płock, Idea Bank SA, Firekom SA
He has a brokerage license and the right to sit on the supervisory boards of State Treasury companies, as well as practical skills in creating and implementing restructuring plans, the ability to manage large investment projects, practical skills in creating and efficient implementation of operational integration plans of enterprises, the ability to create motivational systems for management staff and supported by successful ability to manage large organizations.
Robert Wąchała
A graduate of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, Faculty of Law and Administration (1994 – Master of Laws), he also completed postgraduate studies in business valuations and capital investments at the Warsaw School of Economics.
He has been associated with the Polish financial market almost from the beginning of his professional career. In 1996, he worked at the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, where he dealt with the law of concentration of enterprises. In the years 1996–2006 he was an employee of the Securities and Exchange Commission, most recently as Director of the Information and Analysis Department. In the years 2006-2019, at the Office of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, he managed the work of the Trade Supervision Department, the Capital Market Infrastructure and Trade Supervision Department and the Financial Market Development Department.
As director of the Trade Supervision Department (2006-2018), he supervised the Polish Financial Supervision Authority over:
- stock exchange trading in the field of detecting crimes of manipulation and use of confidential information,
- performance of information obligations by listed companies,
- investors' fulfillment of notification obligations regarding transactions and significant holdings of shares,
- investors' compliance with regulations on takeovers of public companies,
As Director of the Department of Capital Market Infrastructure and Trading Supervision and the Department of Financial Market Development (2018-2019), he was also responsible for: exercising control and supervision over capital market infrastructure companies (companies from the GPW group and the KDPW group), and coordinating work at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority related to Capital Market Development Strategy.
During his employment at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, he held the following positions:
- Secretary of the Examination Committee for Investment Advisors (1999-2001)
- Member of the Examination Committee for Securities Brokers (2004–2007)
- Member of the Stock Exchange Indices Committee (2005-2009 and 2013-2019)
Since October 2019, he has been employed at the Association of Stock Exchange Issuers, where since March 2020 he has been the Vice-President of the Management Board. As part of the Association's Management Board, he is mainly responsible for creating and applying regulations related to public companies in terms of their stock exchange listing.
Since 2020, he has been a member of the Advisory Team at the National Depository for Securities and runs a sole proprietorship in the field of capital market consulting. He serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of Ceres Dom Inwestycyjny SA and Develia SA
Sergiusz Pietrosz
Graduated from the Ural State Law University (1997 – Master of Laws).
He gained professional experience by working with companies from the energy and electrical engineering industries, including: as an Advisor to the Management Board at the ROWNO Power Equipment Production Plant (1998-2005) and as an Advisor to the Management Board and Deputy General Director of the Ceramic Insulator Production Plant, Lviv (2006-2016).
He has experience and specialist knowledge in the field of company management, including: from the energy, construction and transport sectors, corporate supervision and organization and transformation of enterprises. He gained experience in both foreign and Polish companies.
For many years, he has been operating as an investor in the industrial and construction segment of numerous companies located in Eastern European countries.
Due to his experience, since 2022 he has also been a member of the Supervisory Board of RESBUD SE (a company listed on the WSE), currently EQUNICO SE.
Alexey Petrov
Graduated from the Ural State Law University, Faculty of Justice (2012-academic title: Specialist); MBA studies (Master of Business Administration – 2020).
He specializes in corporate and commercial law. He has experience in legal and investment advice for companies and capital groups in the broadly understood scope of commercial law.
He gained his professional experience working for, among others, the Department of Legal Projects of ZAO SA (2008-2010) and UNAKO-Invest Sp. z o. o. (2010 –2011 – Court Department: legal adviser; 2011-2012 – Corporate Management Department: expert).
He has corporate experience related to participation in supervisory boards of commercial law companies, including:

Maciej Grabowski
A graduate of the Faculty of Transport Economics at the University of Gdańsk, he also completed studies at the Faculty of Navigation at the Maritime University; in 1997 he obtained a doctorate in economics.
He worked at the Market Economics Research Institute, where he served as vice-president. In the years 1994–2000 he was a lecturer at the University of Gdańsk. He was active in the Polish Lisbon Strategy Forum and the Polish Civic Forum. He participated in the preparation of the National Development Strategy 2007–2015.
In March 2008 became a member of the Team of Strategic Advisors to the Prime Minister. In the same year, he was appointed Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Finance, and in April 2013. additionally, he became the main spokesman for public finance discipline. Between April and August 2011 and from September 2011 until March 2012 he was a member of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority as a representative of the minister responsible for financial institutions.
In 2013-2015 he held the position of Minister of the Environment. In the presidential election in 2020 he was an advisor to the independent candidate Szymon Hołownia on environmental issues.
Since 2016, he has been the president of the Center for Strategic Thoughts Foundation, a prestigious institution dealing with applied research on the economy and society. At the same time, since 2021, he has been a member of the Management Board of the Institute of Responsible Finance Sp. z o. o. and a member of the Supervisory Board of UXO Marine.
He completed many international internships and courses in economics, including: Pew Economic Freedom Fellow (Georgetown University, Washington DC, USA - 1993), or World Bank Open Learning Campus "Security Responsivness" (2016), as well as a course for Candidates for Members of Supervisory Boards in State Treasury companies.
Andrzej Sadowski
A graduate of interdisciplinary studies at the University of Warsaw, completed at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw with a thesis on etatism of the Second Polish Republic from a liberal perspective (Master of Laws).
One of the organizers and member of the board of the Economic Society in Warsaw (1986–1989). Co-founder and board member of Akcja Gospodarcza (1988-1989), which brought together the representation of opposition groups of industrial and economic societies.
Initiator of the establishment of the Center in 1989. Adam Smith - the First Independent Institute in Poland (until 2014 its vice-president, and from this year its president). One of the founders and member of the Management Board of Transparency International Polska (1996 – 2003). Member of the Scientific Council of the Entrepreneurship Research Center of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (2009 – 2014). In 2009–2010 and 2015–2020, a member of the National Development Council appointed by the President of the Republic of Poland, and from 2023, a member of the Social Advisory Council of the President of the Supreme Audit Office.
Author of thousands of comments, interviews and articles published in all radio and television stations and in such magazines as: "Bank", "Businessweek", "Dziennik Gazeta Prawna", Finansista", "Forbes", "Gazeta Bankowa" ", "Gazeta Finansowa" and "Rzeczpospolita" and others.
In his research work, he dealt with, among other things, the problems of the Polish tax system. In 2004, he co-created a social bill to change it, which was supported by the signatures of 100 citizens. He presented the developed solutions, among others, in the Sejm at sessions of the Parliamentary Team for Supporting Entrepreneurship and Economic Patriotism and during the tax roundtable.
It is also actively involved in promoting knowledge regarding credit and currency policy. Since 2018, he has been presenting the use of public mortgage bonds on public authority forums, and since 2020, he has been presenting the potential of using blockchain technology in various branches of the Polish economy.
He has been awarded and decorated many times, including in 2023, on the occasion of the 2021th National Entrepreneur's Day, he was awarded the Officer's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta by the President of the Republic of Poland, in 2014 the Cross of Freedom and Solidarity for his activities in the anti-communist opposition after the introduction of martial law, and in 2023 the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta for promoting entrepreneurship. : In 2022, he was the laureate of the first edition of the Mieczysław Wilczek Award, and in XNUMX he received the award named after the French economist Fryderyk Bastiat from the Academy of Patriots.
