The Management Board of RESBUD SE with its registered office in Modlniczka ("Company", "Issuer") encloses the content of resolutions adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on June 28, 2023, together with the voting results.
The Company informs that the Meeting was held in accordance with the agenda included in the announcement published by the Management Board on the Company's website on May 26, 2023, current report No. 10/2023.
