EQUNICO training initiatives

The EQUNICO Group has begun another phase of training for welders from Uzbekistan, which is a significant step in developing employee competences and improving the quality of services provided by the company. Training is held in Poland, in cooperation with experienced specialists in the industry, which allows for the transfer of the latest knowledge and skills in accordance with applicable European standards.

The aim of this program is to unify the work standards of welders in the entire EQUNICO group and adapt them to the requirements of the European Union. Investment in the development of employee competences aims to improve the quality of services provided and increase competitiveness on the market and is one of the key elements of the Group's long-term development strategy, the priority of which is to create high standards in the metal construction industry.

After successfully completing training and obtaining appropriate certificates, a selected group of at least 20 employees from Uzbekistan will have the opportunity to work in the Polish part of the EQUNICO Group. This is not only a chance for career development for employees, but also for increasing the efficiency and quality of implemented projects.
