INFORMATION CLAUSE ON DATA PROCESSING

 

In accordance with Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as: GDPR) we inform you that:

Purposes and basis of processing

We process personal data on the basis of:

  1. Article 6, section 1, letter b of the GDPR in order to perform the contract that binds you with the Administrator or to take action necessary to conclude it;
  2. Article 6, section 1, letter c of the GDPR  due to legal requirements that the Administrator is obliged to comply with;
  3. Article 6, section 1, letter f of the GDPR  when it is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or by a third party;
  4. in order to present a commercial offer depending on the content of your inquiry.

 

Data recipients

Personal data may be transferred to the following data recipients:

– persons authorised by the Administrator, i.e. employees and associates who must have access to the data to perform their duties;

– processors, i.e. entities used by the Administrator to process your data;

– other recipients of data, i.e. public authorities to the extent required by law, as well as contractors, clients and partners of the Administrator to the extent necessary for proper cooperation.

 

Time of data processing

Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing specified above, until the expiry of the limitation period for any claims or the expiry of the obligations to store data resulting from legal provisions.

 

Rights of data subjects: 

In situations indicated in the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, the right to request their rectification, the right to delete your data, the right to limit their processing, the right to object to the processing of your data for reasons related to your particular situation in accordance with art. 21 GDPR.

To the extent that the basis for the processing of personal data is consent expressed under the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to withdraw such consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing that was carried out before its withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

 

Obligation to provide personal data

Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide it will make it impossible to establish contact and business relations.

 

Automated processing, including profiling

Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner (including profiling).
