Legal basis: § 60 section 2 of the Regulation on current and periodic information
The Management Board of RESBUD SE ("Company", "Issuer") presents the consolidated financial statements of the RESBUD SE Group for the financial year from January 1, 2022. until December 31, 2022, together with the opinion of an independent auditor from the audit of the annual consolidated financial statements of RESBUD SE and its subsidiaries, which include: the consolidated statement of financial position as at December 31, 2022 and the consolidated statement of profits or losses and other comprehensive income, consolidated statement of cash flows and consolidated statement of changes in equity for the year ended December 31, 2022, and additional information to the consolidated financial statements, including a summary of significant accounting principles, as well as the management board's report on the activities of the RESBUD SE Group in 2022.
At the same time, the Management Board informs that all the above-mentioned documents (in .xhtml format) along with electronic signatures (.xhtml.Xades) were submitted to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in the Consolidated Annual Report of the SSR 2022 on May 2, 2022.
