Legal basis: § 60 section 2 of the Regulation on current and periodic information
The Management Board of RESBUD SE ("Company", "Issuer") presents the consolidated financial statements of the RESBUD Capital Group for the financial year from January 1, 2023. until December 31, 2023, together with the opinion of an independent auditor from the audit of the annual consolidated financial statements of RESBUD SE and its subsidiaries, which include: the consolidated statement of financial position as at December 31, 2023 and the consolidated statement of profits or losses and other comprehensive income, consolidated statement of cash flows and consolidated statement of changes in equity for the year ended December 31, 2023, and additional information to the consolidated financial statements, including a summary of significant accounting policies, as well as the Management Board's report on the activities of the Company and the Capital Group RESBUD in 2023.
At the same time, the Management Board informs that all the above-mentioned documents (in .xhtml format) along with electronic signatures (.xhtml.Xades) were submitted to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in the Consolidated Annual Report of the SRR 2023 on April 26, 2023.
