Annual consolidated financial statements of the EQUNICO Capital Group for 2024
Legal basis: §60 section 2 of the Regulation on current and periodic information
The Management Board of EQUNICO SE (the “Company”, “Issuer”) hereby presents the consolidated financial statements of the EQUNICO Capital Group for the financial year 2024, which consist of:
– consolidated statement of financial position as at 31 December 2024,
– consolidated statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income for the period ended 31 December 2024,
– consolidated cash flow statement for the period from 1 January 2024 to 3 December 2024,
– consolidated statement of changes in equity as at 31 December 2024
and additional information to the consolidated financial statements, including a summary of significant accounting policies together with the independent auditor's opinion on the audit of the annual consolidated financial statements of the EQUNICO Capital Group, as well as the Management Board's Report on the activities of the Company and the EQUNICO Capital Group in 2024 (including a statement on sustainable development) together with an attestation of sustainable development reporting (ESG).
At the same time, the Management Board informs that all the above-mentioned documents (in .xhtml format) together with electronic signatures (.xhtml.XAdES) were submitted to the PFSA in the Consolidated Annual Report SRR 2024 on April 30, 2024.
