Legal basis: § 60 section 1 point 3 of the Regulation on current and periodic information
The Management Board of RESBUD SE ("Company", "Issuer") presents the separate financial statements of RESBUD SE for the financial year from January 1, 2022. until December 31, 2022, together with the opinion of an independent auditor from the audit of the annual financial statements of RESBUD SE for 2022 and the Management Board's report on activities for 2022.
At the same time, the Management Board informs that all the above-mentioned documents (in .xhtml format) along with electronic signatures (.xhtml.Xades) were submitted to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in the Annual Report RR 2022 on May 2, 2022.
