Annual separate financial statements of EQUNICO SE for 2025
Legal basis: §61 section 1 point 3 of the Regulation on current and periodic information
The Management Board of EQUNICO SE (the “Company”, “Issuer”) hereby presents the separate financial statements of EQUNICO SE for the financial year 2025, together with the opinion of the independent auditor on the audit of the annual financial statements of EQUNICO SE for 2025 and the Management Board’s report on the activities of the Company and the EQUNICO Capital Group for 2025.
At the same time, the Management Board announces that, in connection with exercising the authority provided for in Article 84a of the Accounting Act, it has not fulfilled the reporting obligations specified in Article 49, Section 3b and Chapter 6c of the Accounting Act. Regardless of the foregoing, the Management Board is publishing a voluntary sustainability report (ESG) for 2025 on its own terms, without subjecting it to attestation.
All the above-mentioned documents in the required formats together with electronic signatures (.XAdES) were submitted to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in the Annual Report RR 2025 on April 30, 2025.
