Legal basis: §60 section 1 point 3 of the Regulation on current and periodic information
The Management Board of EQUNICO SE (the "Company", "Issuer") hereby submits the separate financial statements of EQUNICO SE for the financial year 2024, together with the opinion of the independent auditor on the audit of the annual financial statements of EQUNICO SE for 2024 and the Management Board's report on the activities of the Company and the EQUNICO Capital Group for 2024 (including a statement on sustainable development) together with an attestation of sustainability reporting (ESG).
At the same time, the Management Board informs that all the above-mentioned documents (in .xhtml format) together with electronic signatures (.xhtml.XAdES) were submitted to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in the Annual Report RR 2024 on April 30, 2024.
