The Management Board of EQUNICO SE ("Company", "Issuer") hereby announces that today the Company has received information that on June 30, 2026, a subsidiary of the Issuer, i.e. Elektrqishloqqurilish JSC with its registered office in Tashkent (Contractor) and LARSEN AND TOUBRO CIS with its registered office in Mumbai, India (Ordering Party) concluded an annex to the contract under the project - construction, assembly, testing and commissioning of a double-circuit overhead line with a voltage of 220 kV (lines 2 and 3).
The original contract value is PLN 13,794,992,
after concluding the annex PLN 14,932,993.
The remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreements.
The Issuer's Management Board has decided to make this information public because the implementation of the Agreement is of significant importance for the structure of the EQUNICO Group's order portfolio, supporting the maintenance of the stability of the current and significant growth of the Group's future profits and financial results.
