Article 17, paragraph 1 of MAR – confidential information
With reference to Current Report No. 10/2026 dated February 10, 2026 concerning the conclusion of a preliminary agreement regarding the purchase of International Renewable Energy Certificates I-REC(E), the Management Board of EQUNICO SE (the “Company”) hereby announces that on June 18, 2026, the Company concluded an agreement for the sale of I-REC(E) certificates (the “Agreement”) with TOO “Lepsy-2 GES” (“Lepsy-2 GES” LLP) with its registered office in the Republic of Kazakhstan, registered under number 130940012051 (the “Seller”).
The Agreement defines the terms and conditions for the sale and transfer of I-REC(E) certificates to the Company. The parameters of individual transactions, in particular the volume, price, vintage, country of origin, delivery date, and delivery method, will be specified in separate Trade Confirmations, which constitute an integral part of the Agreement.
Simultaneously with the conclusion of the Agreement, the Parties signed the first confirmation of the transaction, the subject of which is the sale to the Company of 50.000 I-REC(E) certificates originating from hydropower generated in Kazakhstan, with a vintage of 2026.
The Seller is a registered generator with the International REC Standards Foundation. The Company entered into the Agreement as a participant in the Evident I-REC(E) Registry.
The acquired certificates may be intended for resale to third parties or used within the Company's operating activities in accordance with the principles of the relevant standard and the I-REC(E) register.
The Agreement is valid until 31 December 2026 and, unless either Party notifies the other Party of its intention to terminate it within the time period specified in the Agreement, it shall be automatically extended for another calendar year under the current terms and conditions.
