The Management Board of EQUNICO SE (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”, “Company”) hereby announces that on May 4, 2026 it received a notification pursuant to Article 69 sections 1 and 2 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading, and on public companies, informing about a change in the shares previously held by the shareholder – Mr. Alexey Petrov – by reducing his shareholding to 0% of the Company’s shares.
