The Management Board of EQUNICO SE (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer", "Company") hereby announces that on 4 May 2026 it received a notification pursuant to Article 69 sections 1 and 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organised trading and on public companies, informing about a change in the shares previously held by the shareholder - DKW Polska OÜ with its registered office in Tallinn - regarding an increase in the shareholding above the threshold of 33 1/3% of the Company's shares.
The notification constitutes an attachment to this current report.
