The Management Board of EQUNICO SE ("Company", "Issuer") hereby announces that today the Company received information that on September 10, 2025, a subsidiary of the Issuer, i.e. Elektrqishloqqurilish JSC with its registered office in Tashkent (Contractor) and Krajowe Sieci Energetyczne Uzbekistanu SA with its registered office in Tashkent (Ordering Party) concluded an agreement under the project "Construction, assembly and other types of services related to the modernization and renovation of the main substations: PS Tashkent 500kV, Guzar 500kV, Surkhan 500 kV".
The contract value is USD 8 net (USD 055 gross/PLN 000 gross). Contract completion date: December 9, 021.
The remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreements.
The Issuer's Management Board has decided to publish this information because the implementation of the above-mentioned Agreement constitutes a significant share in the portfolio of orders implemented by the EQUNICO Group and has an impact on maintaining current and increasing future revenues and results of the Group.
