The Management Board of EQUNICO SE (the “Company”, “Issuer”) hereby announces that today the Company has received information that a subsidiary of the Issuer, i.e. Elektrqishloqqurilish JSC with its registered office in Tashkent (the Contractor), has concluded another contract with National Energy Networks of Uzbekistan SA with its registered office in Tashkent (the Ordering Party) under the project “Electricity Sector Transformation and Sustainable Electricity Transmission (ESTART) – Design, Purchase and Installation of Fiber Optic Cables in the Syrdarya and Jizzak Oblasts”. The contract value is USD 2 net (approx. PLN 587 net). The contract completion deadline is 139 months from the date of receipt of the first advance payment.
The remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreements.
The Issuer's Management Board has decided to publish this information because the implementation of the aforementioned Agreement may have a significant impact on the future financial and asset situation of the Company and the Group and a potentially significant impact on the valuation of the Issuer's financial instruments.
