The Management Board of EQUNICO SE (the "Company") hereby announces a change in the publication date of the Company's consolidated periodic report for the first quarter of 2026, which was to be published on May 29, 2026, in accordance with the calendar published by the Company in current report 3/2026 of January 20, 2026.
The Company's consolidated periodic report for the first quarter of 2026 will be published on June 1, 2026.
