With reference to current report No. 4/2026, the Management Board of EQUNICO SE ("Company", "Issuer") hereby announces that today the Company has received information about the conclusion by a subsidiary of the Issuer, i.e. Elektrqishloqqurilish JSC with its registered office in Tashkent (Contractor) and Teng Xing Construction OOO (Ordering Party) of an annex to the contract covering the construction of a 220 kV overhead line from the "Tashkent" power station to the "No. 1 (Jangi-Tashkent)" power station with a line length of 9,1 km.)
The original value of the contract was: SUM 16,700,000,000 (PLN 4,953,225), after concluding the annex it is: SUM 20,177,000,000 (PLN 6,019,250),
Original completion date: 3 months from the date of receipt of the advance payment, after concluding the annex: 25/06/2026.
The remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreements.
The Issuer's Management Board has decided to publish this information due to the fact that the implementation of the Agreement in question plays a significant role in the structure of the EQUNICO Group's order portfolio and influences the stabilization and increase of the Group's current and future revenues and financial results.
