The Management Board of EQUNICO SE (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “Issuer”) hereby announces that today the Company has received information that a subsidiary of the Issuer, i.e. Elektrqishloqqurilish JSC with its registered office in Tashkent (Contractor), has concluded an agreement with Krajowe Sieci Energetyczne Uzbekistanu SA with its registered office in Tashkent (Ordering Party) for the production and delivery of steel structures of poles for a 500 kV overhead power line.
The contract value is: USD 940,699 (PLN 3,468,489).
Completion date: 3 months.
The remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreements.
The Issuer's Management Board has decided to publish this information due to the fact that the implementation of the Agreement in question plays a significant role in the structure of the EQUNICO Group's order portfolio and influences the stabilization and increase of the Group's current and future revenues and financial results.
