Article 19 section 3 of the MAR Regulation
The Management Board of EQUNICO SE (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”, “Company”), in accordance with Article 19(3) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “MAR Regulation”), hereby announces that today the Company has received a notification, submitted under Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation, of a transaction executed on 18 March 2026 by DKW Polska OÜ with its registered office in Tallinn (hereinafter referred to as the “DKW”) – an entity related to Mr. Krzysztof Długosz – President of the Management Board of the Company. According to the information received from DKW, the above notification constitutes the fulfilment of the obligation arising from Article 19 paragraph 3 of the MAR Regulation.
The notification was made public due to exceeding the threshold specified in Article 19, Section 8 of the MAR Regulation for transactions carried out by DKW Polska OÜ with its registered office in Tallinn during the current year.
The notification constitutes an attachment to this current report.
