The Management Board of EQUNICO SE (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “Issuer”) hereby announces that today the Company has received information about the conclusion of the following agreements by a subsidiary of the Issuer, i.e. Elektrqishloqqurilish JSC with its registered office in Tashkent (Contractor) and Krajowe Sieci Energetyczne Uzbekistanu SA with its registered office in Tashkent (Ordering Party):
- Design, purchase and installation of OPWG cables in Karakalpakstan.
The contract value is: USD 2,109,284 (PLN 7,798,160).
Completion date: 12 months.
- Design, purchase and installation of OPWG cables in the Navoiy Oblast.
The contract value is: USD 2,636,133 (PLN 9,732,524).
Completion date: 12 months.
The remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreements.
The Issuer's Management Board has decided to publish this information due to the fact that the implementation of the Agreement in question plays a significant role in the structure of the EQUNICO Group's order portfolio and influences the stabilization and increase of the Group's current and future revenues and financial results.
