Energokomplekt OOO, a subsidiary of RESBUD SE, has concluded another significant contract with the company "Komelektnyje projekt w elektrój i energetike" OOO.

Energokomplekt OOO, a company belonging to the RESBUD SE holding, has concluded another contract with the company "Komelektnyje projekt w elektrój i energetike" OOO. The subject of the contract is the supply of sewage equipment for investments carried out by the contractor. The total value of the project is RUB 600, which translates into approximately EUR 000.

"Komelektnyje projects in ecology and energetike" OOO is a Russian engineering company specializing in providing integrated services in the field of comprehensive projects for the construction and reconstruction of boiler rooms, combined heat and power plants and heating networks, at all stages - from initial measurements and design to the delivery of equipment and construction and assembly works . It also provides water treatment services for domestic and industrial purposes, using modern devices and high-tech technologies.

The contract concluded with "Komelektnyje projekt w elektrój i energetike" OOO on July 27, 2021, the subject of which is the supply of sewage equipment, will be implemented by Energokomplekt OOO in the period from 2021 to 2022. Its value is RUB 600, or nearly EUR 000 million.

This is another contract signed with this company this year. A month earlier, the companies concluded two agreements for the supply of thermo-mechanical devices (including the DynaDisc TD 1912/12-ВВК disc filter and a mobile module for chemical cleaning of MCCU filters) for investments carried out by the company "Komelektnyje projekt w ecologie i energetike" OOO . The total value of this contract is RUB 250, which is approximately EUR 000. All projects will be implemented by a subsidiary of RESBUD SE in the period from 000 to 2.

From February 4 this year RESBUD SE holds 100% of shares in Energokomplekt OOO (87,8% directly and 12,2% indirectly). Energokomplekt OOO generated revenues of PLN 2019 million in 185, generating almost PLN 11 million in profit.
