Elektrqishloqqurilish JSC, a subsidiary of the EQUNICO Group, has concluded further agreements for the implementation of contracts in the energy sector
The Uzbek subsidiary of the EQUNICO Group, Elektrqishloqqurilish JSC based in Tashkent, concluded two agreements in July 2025 with the company "Regionalne Sieci Elektryczne JSC" (Uzbekistan) for:
– modernization of the power system of the village of Katta Kushtepa, Katta Kushtepa MFJ power station in the Fergana Oblast, Uchkuprik district (contract value: 2 sums (approx. PLN 631) and
– construction of a 6 km section of power grid for the industrial technology park "Bunyodkor" dealing with the production of textile products, Koson region (contract value: 3 sums (approx. PLN 997)
Furthermore, on August 7, 2025, Elektrqishloqqurilish JSC entered into an agreement with National Power Grids of Uzbekistan JSC for the construction of a 110 kV overhead line as part of the project "Construction of a 220 kV power line and a substation to power the Ahangaron Tech Industrial Park on a turnkey basis." The value of the signed agreement exceeds PLN 2,4 million. The work is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025.
The implementation of the contracts described is an expression of the continuation of the EQUNICO Group’s development strategy, which assumes strengthening the position of the Uzbek company in the markets of Central Asia.
