RESBUD SE shares joined the portfolios of four stock exchange indices

After the first quarter of 2021, RESBUD SE shares were included in four stock indices listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE"): WIG, WIG-Poland, WIG-budownictwo and Investor MS. This is the result of intensive work of the Company's Management Board, the aim of which is to strengthen the credibility and recognition of Resbud SE among stock exchange investors, as well as an important step towards the transformation of the Company into a modern and dynamically developing European holding, which is a significant entity on the WSE.

The listing of the Company's shares in four important stock exchange indices confirms the success of the ongoing transformation of RESBUD SE, which wants to be not only a significant general contractor of projects in the field of construction, civil engineering and the development of energy networks in Central and Eastern Europe, but also a recognizable player on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Thanks to this, the Company's shares can attract a wider group of potential investors, and it is also an important opportunity to support the liquidity of their trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

WIG index is the first stock index on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, calculated since April 16, 1991. Currently, WIG covers all companies listed on the WSE Main List that meet the basic criteria for participation in the indices. The WIG index follows the principle of diversification, aimed at limiting the share of a single company and the stock exchange sector. It is an income index and when calculating it, both the prices of the shares included in it and income from dividends and subscription rights are taken into account. The first value of the WIG index was 1000 points.

WIG-Poland index is the first national index on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, calculated since December 22, 2003. The index includes only shares of domestic companies listed on the WSE Main List that meet the basic criteria for participation in the indexes. The historical values and principles of the index are identical to the WIG index. This means that from April 16, 1991 to December 19, 2003, the values and portfolio structure of both indices were the same. Currently, both the values and participants of WIG-PL and WIG are different. Like WIG, the WIG-Poland index is an income index and its calculation takes into account both the prices of shares included in it and income from dividends and pre-emptive rights.

WIG-construction index is a sector index consisting of companies participating in the WIG index and at the same time classified in the "construction" sector. The sub-index portfolio contains the same packages as in the WIG index portfolio. The base date of the index is December 31, 1998, and the index value on that day was 1279,56 points. The methodology of the sub-index is the same as the WIG index, i.e. it is an income index and its calculation takes into account both the prices of shares included in it and income from dividends and pre-emptive rights.

Investor MS Index is an external index calculated by the stock exchange on behalf of Investors TFI SA. The purpose of the index is to assess the behavior of share prices of companies with small and medium market capitalization, which constitute the investment area of the "Investor Top 25 Small Companies FIO" fund. The Investor MS index is an element of the so-called benchmark to assess the investment performance of this fund. The Investor MS index methodology was developed jointly by the Warsaw Stock Exchange and Investors TFI SA. The base date of the index is December 31, 2002, and its value on that day was 1000 points.
