Corporate governance

The regulations of Polish law, the Company’s Articles of Association and the Regulations of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, on which the Company is listed, constitute the framework for the corporate governance of RESBUD SE.

The Company’s Management Board is strongly committed to good corporate governance practices and tries to develop effective tools for organizing the Company’s corporate governance, while ensuring that the long-term interests of shareholders and the Company are compliant.

Good Practices

The Warsaw Stock Exchange Council, by Resolution No. 13/1834/2021 of March 29, 2021, adopted new corporate governance rules for companies listed on the WSE Main List under the name „Best Practice for GPW Listed Companies 2021”, which entered into force on July 1, 2021.
